§1.1 The website www.highroller.com (“Casino”, “Website”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) is owned and operated by Happy Hour Solutions Ltd. with registration number HE419393 and registered address at Chytron, 3, Office 301, 1075 Nicosia, Cyprus. The Website is licensed and regulated in Estonia and is governed by the Estonian Tax Office with license number: HKT000063. §1.3 These Terms and Conditions find application for all group companies and brands, while some of the group companies are only active in specific jurisdictions as defined in these Terms and Conditions. Group brands refers to products operated by the various companies as defined in §1.1 and the licenses granted to them, including, but not limited to highroller.com.
§1.5 The Customer (or You ) is a private person of at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age allowed to gamble in the respective jurisdiction, whichever is higher, who is registered and accepted as a gaming customer of Highroller (or Company). In order to use the gaming service provided, it is required that the customer has deposited funds into the Company's bank account.
§1.6 The games offered by Highroller are games of chance: Casino, Live Casino, Jackpot Games and other games as may from time to time become available on the Website.
§1.7 The Player's Account on the Website is intended for administration of the Player’s gaming transactions, meaning bets in games, deposit of funds and payments of wins. The Player’s Account may only be used to participate in the Gaming Service. The Company reserves the right to limit gaming transactions in the Player’s Account at any time for security reasons.
§1.8 "Your Jurisdiction" means the jurisdiction in which you are domiciled, reside or work.

§3 WHO CAN PLAY
§3.1 You are aware that the right to access and use the Website and any products there offered, may be considered illegal in certain jurisdiction/countries. We are not able to verify the legality of service in each and every jurisdiction, consequently, You are responsible for determining whether You accessing and using the Website is compliant with the applicable laws in Your country and You warrant to Us that gambling is not illegal in the territory where You reside. Saint Maarten, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, State of Palestine, Sudan, Suriname, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Swaziland, Switzerland, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Togo, Tokelau, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan Turks and Caicos, Tuvalu, U.S. Virgin Islands, Uganda, United Kingdom, United States Minor Outlying Islands, United States of America (and its dependencies), Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Virgin Islands, Wallis And Futuna, Western Sahara, Yemen, Antarctica, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Kenya, Kiribati, Lebanon are prohibited from playing real money wagering games at Highroller. The Casino cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event that a player breaches this Restricted Countries policy.
§3.3 We only accept players of or above the age of 18 years (or the legal age to gamble in the jurisdiction in which you reside, if higher). It is the player’s sole responsibility to inquire about the existing laws and regulations of the given jurisdiction regarding the age limitation for online gambling.
§3.4 The Company reserves the right to ask for the proof of age from the player and limit access to the website or suspend the player’s account to those players who fail to meet this requirement.
§3.5 The Company may refuse to open an account or may opt to close a players’ account which has already been opened at its own discretion. Notwithstanding this all contractual obligations already undertaken or entered into will be honoured subject to these Terms
§3.6 To play the Games on the Site, you must be an actual person. You cannot be a company or other legal entity. You must be playing the Games for yourself and in non-professional capacity.
§4 Accepted Currencies
§4.1 You are solely responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of your residence.
§4.2 All deposits need to be wagered at least 2x before withdrawal. If you request a withdrawal without having met an appropriate level of game play, we reserve the right to apply an additional charge to you in order to retract any associated costs.
§4.3 We may charge fees for processing monetary transactions. If such fees apply, they will be clearly communicated to you during the process. However, it is your responsibility to be aware of any additional fees and charges that may be applied by your bank or other payment service provider.
§5 Game Rules
§5.1 You confirm that You know and understand the rules of games offered by the website. It is at your discretion to know the payout percentage of each game.
§6 Availability Of Games
§6.1 Certain games may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions, as required by policies of game providers which may change from time to time.
§7 Disclaimer Of Liabilities
§7.1 You are aware of the fact that gambling at the website may lead to losing money. The Company is not liable for any possible financial damage arising from the use of the website.
§7.2 The Company is taking effective measures to protect player’s private data from any unauthorised use and is only making it available to parties involved in providing of gambling services through the website. Notwithstanding this, the Company is not responsible for how the information is further treated by third parties, for example third party software providers or affiliates. Treatment of player’s private data by such parties is subject to Terms & Conditions of these parties, if any.
§7.3 The Company is not liable for any hardware or software, defects, unstable or lost Internet connections, or any other technical errors that may limit player’s access to the website or prevent player from an uninterrupted play.
§7.4 In an unlikely case where a wager is confirmed or a payment is performed by us in error, the Company reserves the right to cancel all the wagers accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake by re-settling all the wagers at the correct terms that should have been available at the time that the wager was placed in the absence of the error.
§7.5 If we mistakenly credit your Player Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical issue, error in the pay tables, human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your Player Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.
§7.6 The Casino, its directors, employees, partners, service providers
§7.6.1 do not warrant that the software or the Website is/are fit for their purpose;
§7.6.2 do not warrant that the software and Website are free from errors;
§7.6.3 do not warrant that the Website and/or games will be accessible without interruptions;
§7.6.4 shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to your use of the Website or your participation in the games.
§7.7 You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Casino, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to your use of the Website or participation in the Games.
§7.8 You acknowledge that the Casino shall be the final decision-maker of whether you have violated the Casino’s Terms & Conditions in a manner that results in your suspension or permanent barring from participation in the Website.
§8 Use Of Player’s Account
§8.1 Only one Account per person, household, IP address and computer device is allowed. Creating multiple user accounts may result in termination of the accounts and suspending of all payouts. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer device, We must be informed by the respective Accounts’ holders. You shall not provide access to your user account or allow any third party use of the website including but not limited to minors. Any returns, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the duplicate account was active may be reclaimed by us, and you undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the duplicate account. Should We decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that you opened with us, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred. We will deduct an administrative fee of 10% (but a minimum administrative fee of thirty Euro (€30) or equivalent in your local currency) for every other account You opened, as well as any other deductions that may apply in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
§8.2 Players funds are held on a segregated account and are not mixed with the corporate funds.
§8.3 After opening your account, you must not disclose (whether deliberately or accidentally) your username and password to anyone else. You are responsible for all actions on and related to your account even if such actions are carried out by a third party and you accept that the Company shall not be required to effect any refunds should such a situation arise.
§8.4 In the event that you make use of any means intended to bypass any fraud, security controls or bypass any restrictions other imposed restrictions, all wagering activity (including bonuses, if any) will be considered null, void and depending on the purchase method used by you we reserve the right to charge fees in order to cover for any payment processing services used.
§9 VERIFICATION & ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)
§9.1 You warrant that:
§9.1.1 You are at least 18 years of age, or any higher age required by laws that apply to you (“the Legal Age”). When opening an account you will be required to confirm that you are of minimum legal age.
§9.1.2 The details supplied when opening Your Account are correct;
§9.1.3 You are the rightful owner of the money in your Account;
§9.1.4 You are a resident in a jurisdiction which allows gambling; and
§9.1.5 The money deposited is not derived from any activity which is illegal.
§9.2 The company complies with laws, regulations and guidelines for the prevention of money laundering and the funding of terrorism. Suspicious transactions shall be investigated by the company and, if necessary, a suspicious transaction report will be made by the company to the competent FIU. In any such event, the company is prohibited from informing any players or third parties involved, save in limited circumstances, that an investigation is being or may be carried out, or that information has been or may be transmitted to the competent Authorities. Furthermore, in the event of any suspicious transactions, the company may suspend, block or close the account(s) of the relevant player(s) and withhold funds as may be required by law and/or by the competent Authorities.
§9.3 All transactions made by players on our site are checked to prevent money laundering and all other illegal activity.
§9.4 By agreeing to the Terms you authorise us to undertake such verification checks as we may require ourselves or may be required by third parties (including regulatory bodies) to confirm your age, identity and contact details and to prevent money laundering (the "Checks").
§9.5 You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge Your Account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes however is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation and/or association in any way shape or form..
§9.6 We reserve the right to withhold any payment to/from your account,, until we are satisfied that the identity, age and place of residence of the player has been suitably verified.
§9.7 We are required to undertake verification of your age. We are also required to verify your identity upon your gambling reaching a certain threshold, but we maintain discretion to verify your identity at any time. We reserve the right to lock your account or prevent withdrawals, if deemed appropriate, until such time as your identity has been verified. We may use a recognised third party provider to undertake these checks on our behalf or we may get in touch with you directly to provide us KYC documentation. By agreeing to these terms you authorise us to provide your personal details to such third parties, who will keep a record of the information we provide to them.
§9.8 In certain circumstances we may have to contact you and ask you to provide further information to us directly in order to complete the Checks. If you do not or cannot provide us with such information then we may suspend Your Account until you have provided us with such information or permanently close Your Account. Additionally, you will have to provide identification whenever you reach Two Thousand Euros (EUR 2,000) in cumulative deposits or withdrawals. Acceptable documentation to complete the checks include:
§9.8.1 Passport, national identity card or driving License together with a recent utility bill (e.g. gas, telephone, insurance) less than three months old.
§9.8.2 Proof of payment – subject to the deposit method used (copy of the credit card used, screen shot of e-wallet or recent bank statement).
§9.8.3 Additional verification may be required such as proof of funding of E-wallet accounts.
§9.9 If after verifying your identity it results that your account details do not match, we reserve the right to immediately close or suspend Your Account and any winnings and bonuses will be confiscated and depending on circumstances any remaining balance of the deposit returned.
§10 Anti-fraud Policy
§10.1 The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including but not limited to:
§10.1.1 participating in any type of collusion with other players,
§10.1.2development of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings,
§10.1.3 fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers,
§10.1.4 chargeback procedures with a credit card or denial of some payments made,
§10.1.5 other types of cheating,
§10.1.6 or is known to have gone bankrupt in the country of his residence,
§10.1.7 providing incorrect information about personal data during registration.
§10.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate the player account and suspend all payouts to the player. This decision is at sole discretion of the Company and the player will be informed via phone or email based on the contact details provided at registration. The Company also reserves the right to inform the regulatory bodies of such fraudulent actions performed by the player.
§10.3 The administration of the casino reserves the right to call its players if regarded as a necessary part of verification. The account will not be verified and the win will not be processed until the call is conducted (the call is realized via phone number provided at the player's account). In the case that the player is not responsive to the phone call attempt, the account might be restricted and any winnings will be kept on hold until verification is complete. In case the phone number is invalid or missing herewith possible fraud take place, casino reserves the right to terminate the account and confiscate the win. Such actions may help to reduce fraudulent actions and avoid negative practice in the future. In case the player has duplicate accounts with bonuses, or same ID, or used few accounts in the same browser, or same playing scheme at both accounts, casino reserves the right to terminate such accounts and withhold the win. §10.4 The Casino has zero tolerance to advantage play. Any player who will try to gain advantage of casino welcome offers or other promotions agrees that Company has the right to void bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses, included but not limited to the reasons of:
§10.4.1 use of stolen cards;
§10.4.3 creating more than one account in order to get advantage from casino promotions;
§10.4.4 providing incorrect registration data;
§10.4.5 any other actions which may damage the Casino.
§10.5 The Casino reserves the right to close your Player Account and to refund to you the amount on your account balance, subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice. The Casino reserves the right to retain payments, if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person(s) who has/have manipulated the casino system or attempted to do so. The Casino reserves the right to terminate and/or, change any games or events being offered on the Website.
§10.6 Should you become aware of any possible errors or incompleteness in the Website, the client application, in any of the software or in any of the services provided by us, you agree to refrain from taking advantage of them and you agree to report to the Casino any error or incompleteness immediately. Should you fail to fulfil such obligations, the Casino has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification. Moreover, you understand that the Casino is not liable for potential losses incurred by you in the event of you breaching this clause.
§11.1 Highroller offers a variety of payment methods and the gaming account can be funded in any way available at the Casino website at the time of attempting a deposit.

§11.2 Please note that the minimum amount of deposit is $10 or the equivalent amount in any other of our other supported currencies. The maximum amount of deposit depends on the payment method you decide to use. In case of funding the gaming account with the currency other than the currency specified by You when registering, all conversion fees are paid by You.
§11.3 You acknowledge that You shall only use such credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and issued by lawful institutions and that legally belong to You. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition then your winnings will be confiscated and original deposits returned to the owner of the payment account. Highroller is not responsible for the lost funds deposited from third party accounts.
§11.4 In the unlikely event of a player depositing crypto currency funds to another crypto currency network address (such as but not limited to: sending BTC to a BCH address). Highroller is not responsible to recover the amount.
§11.5 Highroller does not warrant that all methods of payment are available at all times. To verify which payment and withdrawal methods that are currently available and the minimum deposit amount and transaction fees applicable kindly visit our Payment Method tab in the main page of our Website. By way of guidance below you can find guidelines of transaction time for each payment method: E-Wallets (such as Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz and more): Immediate Pre-Paid Card (such as paysafecard, Neosurf or Cashtocode): Immediate Bank Transfer: Between 2 – 5 working days Credit Cards: Immediate to 5 Working days Crypto - Immediate to 1 day Note that your bank or payment service provider may charge you additional fees for deposits, withdrawals of currency conversion according to their terms and conditions and your user agreement.
§12 Withdrawal/ Refund Policy
§12.1 Withdrawal from the gaming account can be made in any way available at the Casino website at the time of withdrawal.
§12.2 The Casino reserves the right to transfer funds in a way different from the payment method specified by the Player.
§12.3 Withdrawals from the gaming account are made using the same method as was used for the deposit. Withdrawals can incur charges depending on the method selected. In addition, Your own bank may independently charge You for bank wire transfers or apply handling charges. These charges may vary over time.
§12.4 The Standard minimal amount for withdrawal is $20 or the equivalent amount in any of our other supported currencies, this may vary depending on region and payment methods used. Your withdrawals will be processed as soon as possible, however, please keep in mind that some payment options take up to 5 banking days to process the withdrawal request. The maximum amount for withdrawal depends on the payment method you decide to use. If the requested amount of withdrawal exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, you can withdraw the amount in instalments. If you win and decide to withdraw $20,000 or more over a period of 30 days or less, we also reserve the right to pay out your winning in instalments over time. §12.5 The Casino reserves the right to check your identity prior to processing payouts and to hold withdrawals for the time needed to check your identity. In case you provide false Personal Data, the withdrawal can be refused and the Player Account terminated, of which you will be informed by email. If You fail to provide the requested documents within 72 hours of the request for withdrawal, the withdrawal of funds may be cancelled, and you will receive a notification by email. If the Casino suspects any illegal activities, Casino fraud, provision of false information, cheating and other fraudulent activities may have taken place, the Casino reserves the right to cancel all bets and winnings, or to use the funds on the gaming account of such a Player for the compensation of its own losses and potential losses of third parties.
§12.6 Please note that the withdrawal can only be processed with the payment method used to fund the player balance. When the payment method is not available as a withdrawal option, alternative methods will be offered to you. We reserve the right to add an administrative charge should you request withdrawals in excess of 7 individual transactions over a rolling 7 day period, for any transaction in excess.
§12.7 In the unlikely event of a player withdrawing crypto currency funds to another crypto currency network address (such as but not limited to: sending BTC to a BCH address) Highroller will not be responsible to recover the amount.
§13 Dormant Accounts
§13.1 Any inactive Account where your balance is preserved will be reviewed regularly and we will attempt to notify you, via email, at your registered email address of any remaining funds held in your Account. Should an Account remain inactive (no gameplay, transactions, valid withdrawals or deposits) for a period of at least 12 months, it will be classified by us as ‘dormant’ and a maximum administrative fee of $10 or currency equivalent per month shall be deducted from your Account thereafter. You will receive an email notice of at least thirty (30) days before the first deduction. The deductions may be viewed in the Cashier under "History". The deductions shall cease should you reactivate your Account but the administrative fees already deducted will not be reimbursed. You can reactivate your account by making one or more wagers or transactions including a valid withdrawal or deposit. You are free, at any time, to withdraw any funds which you are entitled to and which are held by us on your Account.
§14 Grievance Procedure
§14.1 You may contact Our customer support service should You wish to inquire or make any complaints regarding Our services. This can be found under the “Contact Us” or “Help” section. Alternatively, You may send Us an email to Our Email Address [email protected].
§14.2 If you have a problem, you have to describe it in detail as much as possible to speed up its resolution.
§14.3 In the event of any dispute, you agree that the server logs and records shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim. You agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on your screen and the game server, the result that was logged on the game server will prevail, and you acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in the relevant online gaming activity and the results of this participation. When we wish to contact you regarding such a dispute, we will do so by using any of the contact details provided in your Player Account.
§15 Bonuses Terms And Conditions
§15.1 These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions and campaigns offered by the Group Brands from time to time and form part of the General Terms and Conditions. Promotions will also have specific terms applicable to them stated within the offer.
§15.2 Bonus play can begin only when your Real Money is depleted. If you make a Real Money withdrawal, you will forfeit your Bonus balance and all unclaimed bonus tokens in your Rewards section.
§15.3 The maximum wager when a Bonus is pending, or actively being turned over is $5 or currency equivalent. You may lose your Winnings if you do not follow this rule.
§15.4 If a Player attempt to turnover their Casino bonus or use of bonus spins whilst their Real Money is locked in Pending or unsettled Bets, this will be considered abuse of promotion and breach of our Terms and Conditions and the Company reserves the right to withhold winnings resulting during such activity.
§15.5 The Company reserves the right to void winnings as a result of wagering with an active bonus where a value, or part of a value, has been built up by you and subsequently activated with real money once the promotion has been completed or cancelled.
§15.6 A Bonus is only valid once per Account/household/IP address/device. Should we have grounds to link two or more accounts together where bonuses or benefits have been claimed, we reserve the right to cancel any related transaction, any bonus or any other promotion without prejudice to any other action. §16 Wagering Requirements

§18 Player Responsibility
§18.1 The Player fully understands the provisions contained in this Agreement and is obliged to comply with them.
